Welcome. I’m Rebecca, a Psychotherapeutic Counsellor (BACP qualified).

You may feel stuck in repeating relationship patterns, find it hard to set boundaries, or notice anxiety, self-criticism, or emotional overwhelm that feels difficult to shift. Often, these patterns have roots in earlier experiences and can affect how you relate to yourself and others in the present.

I specialise in working with adults affected by childhood and relational trauma, including family issues, narcissistic abuse recovery, and Complex PTSD (CPTSD).

I offer a confidential, collaborative space where we can explore emotional patterns, develop deeper self-understanding, and work towards greater stability and resilience. At the heart of my work is a relational approach, where meaningful change develops within a safe, trusting, and supportive therapeutic relationship. Together, we explore patterns and experiences, developing a clearer understanding of how past relationships may be influencing the present. The aim is to develop greater clarity, emotional awareness, and self-understanding, supporting lasting change and healthier ways of relating to yourself and others.

I offer individual counselling and psychotherapy, as well as Single-Session Therapy, a focused, one-off 90-minute session for those seeking clarity or support around a specific issue.

I work with clients across North London and Hertfordshire, both online and in person. My consulting room is based in Bush Hill Park, Enfield (EN1).
