Services
Regular therapy:
I offer face-to-face sessions from my private therapy room in North London (EN1). The space is comfortable and thoughtfully designed to support a sense of safety and ease. I also offer online sessions via Zoom. Sessions last 50 minutes and usually take place on a weekly basis, though this can be flexible to suit your needs.
One-off session:
I also offer a single, 90-minute therapy session designed to help you gain clarity, explore patterns, and identify meaningful next steps. You don’t need to commit to ongoing therapy to benefit as sometimes a single conversation is enough to shift perspective or move something forward. This option can be particularly helpful if you’re feeling stuck, facing a specific challenge, or want space to explore something important right now.
My working hours are: Monday - Thursday (10am-3pm) and (7:30pm-9:30pm).
I hold appropriate professional indemnity insurance, as required by my professional body.
